How to like and interact with a page on Facebook

This article shows you how to like and interact with a page using your Facebook account.

How to like a Facebook page?

If you want to show your support for a Facebook page and see its updates in your News Feed, you should like it.

Step 1: Go to the Page.

Step 2: Click Like. It's below the Page's cover photo. Click Follow if you just want to see updates from it. 

To like a page you see in your News Feed, click Like Page.

How to unlike a Facebook page?

Step 1: Go to the Page.

Step 2: Click Liked. It's below the Page's cover photo.

Step 3: Click Unlike this Page from the drop-down menu.

How to share a Facebook page with your friends?

Step 1: Go to the Page.

Step 2: Click Share. It's below the Page's cover photo.

Step 3: Click Share on Your Timeline.

Step 4: From the drop-down menu, select where you want to share the page.

Step 5: Write an optional update and click Post.

How to post a status on a Facebook page?

Step 1: Go to the Page.

Step 2: On the Status box, click Write something on this Page...

Step 3: Write your post and click Post.

How to send a private message to a Facebook page?

Step 1: Go to the Page.

Step 2: Click Send Message (). It's below the page's cover photo.

Step 3: Enter your message and press enter ↵ to send.

Note: You can only send a private message to Facebook pages that have turned on messaging. If you don't see the Send Message option, it means that page has turned off this feature.
